I created Somarā because I’ve seen what happens when people come back to their bodies.

Not through pushing or performing- but through small, honest moments of connection.

My work blends movement, somatics, and years of holding space for people in all kinds of seasons. And at the core of it, I care about helping you build a relationship with yourself that actually feels supportive to live inside of.
