This work is about coming back to yourself.
This work is about learning how to listen to your body, trust what you find, and move through life with more presence, capacity, and truth.
1:1 EMBODIMENT CONTAINERS
1:1 containers designed to support you in building a deeper relationship with your body and yourself over time.
This is a space to slow down, listen, and work with what is actually present in your life. Together, we expand your capacity, strengthen your inner awareness, and create shifts that feel real and sustainable.
Each container meets you where you are, moving at a pace that honors your body.

Immersive experiences where movement, music, and culture come together.

hi, I’m KYLA
I support people in coming back to themselves through movement, somatics, and building a real relationship with their body.
For me, embodiment is not something you think your way into. It is something you practice. It lives in your breath, your posture, your emotions, and the way you move through your life.
My work is rooted in slowing down, listening inward, and creating space for what is actually there. From that place, we begin to build more capacity, more steadiness, and more room for joy to show up naturally.
I have spent the last decade teaching movement and holding space for people in many different seasons of life. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply respectful of your body’s pace and intelligence.
You are not starting from nothing. Your body already knows.
