EMPOWER is an intentionally small, application-based retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself while building genuine connection with others.

People tell me all the time, "I just want to go on vacation with you." This retreat is exactly that. We get to explore, move, rest, laugh, and experience Costa Rica together.

We'll spend time on both the Caribbean coast and in the mountains near the Arenal Volcano, giving you the chance to experience two completely different sides of this beautiful country.

Unlike many retreats, EMPOWER is intentionally kept small because I love actually getting to know the people who come. My hope is that everyone leaves feeling seen, supported, and connected, not just to Costa Rica, but to themselves and the people around them.

This retreat is open to all genders. While you're welcome to attend with a close friend, EMPOWER is designed as an individual journey. We encourage participants to come with the intention of focusing on their own experience rather than attending as a romantic couple.
