Sounds pretty incredible, right? That's because it is. Empower is a transformative retreat set in beautiful Costa Rica where we'll explore jungles, beaches, indigenous communities, three unbelievable waterfalls, chocolate farms, and so much more. Yes, we'll have embodiment sessions throughout the week, but honestly, I find that some of the most transformative moments happen outside of those sessions. They happen when you surprise yourself, step outside your comfort zone, and realize you're capable of more than you thought—all while being held in a supportive, encouraging container. Empower Retreat Application
EMPOWER is an intentionally small, application-based retreat designed for people who want to experience Costa Rica—not just visit it.
This isn't a luxury vacation where you'll spend the week lounging by the pool with a drink in your hand. It's an adventure. We'll hike to waterfalls, visit indigenous communities, explore the Caribbean coast, swim in the ocean, and create space to reconnect with ourselves along the way.
Our accommodations reflect that. We begin in Turrialba, a region known for its lush farms, where we'll stay at a beautiful family-owned lodge that has been passed down through generations. It's the perfect place to rest, enjoy an incredible home-cooked meal, and settle into the experience before we head to Puerto Viejo.
From there, we'll spend five days exploring Costa Rica's vibrant Caribbean coast while being spoiled by our incredible private chef, whose meals somehow become one of everyone's favorite parts of the retreat. Throughout the week, we'll gather for somatic sessions where we'll slow down, reflect on what's coming up, and learn simple tools you can take home long after the retreat ends. This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about learning to listen to yourself a little more closely.
We'll end our journey in La Fortuna, where we'll slow things down even more, soak in the natural hot springs beneath the Arenal Volcano, and close the retreat with a sweet ceremony to reflect on everything we've experienced together before heading home.
The reason I created Empower is because Costa Rica changed me. It was here that I met the explorer inside of myself. The version of me that was curious, playful, adventurous, and willing to trust herself. I wanted to create an experience where other people could meet those parts of themselves too. Not because Costa Rica magically changes people, but because something about this land has a beautiful way of reminding us who we are when we finally slow down enough to listen and play.
Unlike many retreats, EMPOWER is intentionally kept small (10 participants) because I genuinely love getting to know every person who comes. My hope is that you leave not only with unforgettable memories of Costa Rica, but with a deeper trust in yourself, meaningful friendships, and the confidence that comes from surprising yourself in all the best ways.
This retreat is open to all genders. While you're welcome to attend with a close friend, EMPOWER is designed as an individual journey. We encourage participants to come with the intention of focusing on their own experience rather than attending as a couple romantic or otherwise.
